MegaFit Meals came about by brothers PG & Billy Georgiou, who own three gyms in the West Kentucky area. It all began when they started prepping their meals each week – out of their parent’s restaurant – for bodybuilding competitions.

"They’re already cooked. All you’re doing is heating them up. They come frozen so they can be stored a while before eating. They have multiple ways to heat up your meals, air fryer, microwave, or stove top. I usually use the stove top method. I’ve not been disappointed in any of my selections so far. I had the shrimp with white rice and asparagus tonight, and there was so much shrimp in there, I was full and could hardly eat the last bite. We do our own meal prep on Sundays and it lasts until Wednesday night.… And then we lay out our mega fit meals. Saves us so much money from ordering GrubHub or Postmates or Uber eats… Stuff like that. Well worth the money that you spend. At least for us it is. Give it a try!! You won’t be disappointed."
